      • Expired

      • Incorrect (i.e., not what was ordered)

  2. Refund Request Window:

    • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support.

  3. Required Proof:

    • You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged, expired, or incorrect items as proof.

  4. Refund Method:

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment or credited to your FAST ONLINE wallet/account 5-7 working day, depending on your preference.

  5. No Refunds for:

    • Products reported after 24 hours

    • Change of mind

    • Partially consumed items

    • Items returned without valid reason
